Three of our Winona Highschool Betas attended the National Beta Club Leadership
Summit in Cape Girardeau September 27th and 28th. They participated in leadership
training sessions and competed in a leadership challenge. The challenge
was to devise a solution for a real-world problem.
Teams had to give a two minute presentation on how they would solve
the given problem followed by a question and answer segment.Judging criteria included:
•Creativity of Solution
•Teamwork and Collaboration
•Communication of Ideas
•Presentation Skills
•Critical Thinking
Alyssa, Cappi, and Kloey were awarded the top exhibitors in the "Lead Outside
the Box" challenge at the final session and were invited to complete at
the National Convention (June 2024) in Savannah, Georgia.
We are very proud of these Betas.
